Your suite is approximately 300 square feet and is located on the ground floor at the front of the house.

There are no stairs involved.

Featuring two 8 foot tall windows overlooking the park across the road, with heavy curtains for a peaceful darkened room when sleeping.

The suite contains a king size bed, two wing chairs to relax in, a table and two chairs to enjoy your morning tea or coffee, a kitchen island with microwave, toaster, kettle, bodum, mini fridge, glasses, dishes, cutlery.
Coffee, tea, milk & sugar and some snacks suitable for breakfast are provided.

A selection of books to relax and enjoy.
A large ensuite bathroom with electric shower. Wardrobe for hanging your clothes and storing extra blankets. Full length mirror. An Iron is available upon request.

Your guest suite is located right inside the hall by the front door on the ground floor.

Further down the hall is another door to the rest of the house.

We live on the property but you will have your own locked entrance to your suite.

Only the front hallway is shared We are available to help with any questions but also allow you your privacy.
