John Hodnett and Ernest Forde would like to welcome you to the Hodnett Forde website.
Natives of West Cork, both John and Ernest are members of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (I.P.A.V.) and share an in depth knowledge of the property market. Together they have in excess of 30 years experience of selling a comprehensive range of residential, commercial and agricultural properties in the Munster area.
Andy Donoghue joined Hodnett Forde in June 2013 having gained valuable experience working in the residential, commercial and industrial Property Sales, Letting and Management in Cork City for 6 years, and also from a young age with his Family’s Estate Agency business.
Our offices at Emmet Square, Clonakilty, are open five days a week, including lunchtime. Hodnett Forde offer their clients a seven day a week service, including after hours, to advise on appraisals, and to facilitate potential purchasers with viewings.
Our administration staff, Kathleen Russell, Teresa O’Sullivan, Bernice O’Neill, Vera Flynn & Sandra Wilson would be more than pleased to assist you in any queries you may have.
